The Winter Spa Package includes:

• Abyhanga, a therapeutic marma point massage that aids in detoxification, soothes muscle aches, and promotes overall relaxation.
• Kizhi Bolus (Vishuddhi) massage, a detoxifying treatment using freshly made herbal poultices to further assist in the elimination of toxins and provide musculoskeletal support. Please note that this treatment needs to be scheduled on a separate day from the Abyhanga massage, with a gap of 1-2 days to 2 weeks.
• Moksha, a rejuvenating marma point massage accompanied by steam therapy, creating a harmonising experience for your body and mind.
