Daily self-massage

We cannot emphasise enough the importance of self- massage. The pre-bath warm oil ayurvedic self-massage, called abhyanga, is a must-do in spring. The massage not only keeps your skin silky-smooth, it also tones the muscles, calms the nerves and aids circulation, besides helping to release deeply embedded toxins.

Here is a helpful tip on how to do self-massage:
Massage yourself at least 3 times a week with Oliana Oil before your shower or bath.
It is perfect as it is jam packed full of beneficial herbs and minerals.
