in the comfort of your home. Cool down with this light, refreshing and easy to make drink these festive holidays!
Especially for those hot days where you just want to relax and get comfortable..
Here's how to make a sweet, cardamon lassi for your holidays
Prep time: 5 minutes
What you'll need:
2 cups of fresh plain yoghurt
1/2 cup water
Sugar to taste (6-7 tsp or as needed. Brown sugar, honey, date sugar work well)
1/2 tsp of Cardamon powder
Almonds and pistachio to garnish
Add yogurt, sugar, water and cardamom powder in a blender, blend it until smooth and frothy.
Chill it in fridge and add garnish just before serving
Now you have a very refreshing drink to beat the heat!
Cardamon is full of anti-oxidants, helps with your digestion, heart health, metabolism and more.
