Follow natures lead, get up a little earlier

As the days get longer you should make an effort to rise a little earlier.

Make use of the extra time by stretching and taking a few deep breaths. This will bring prana (प्राण, prāṇa is the Sanskrit word for "life force") into your cells and help to flush any toxins from your skin while also gently increasing the blood supply to bring extra nourishment to your skin.
