With the help of Ayurvedic knowledge, we’ve selected a set of 3 treatments specifically for summer so you can:

• Detoxify your body by stimulating your lymphatic system and improving circulation
  
• Soothe any aches, pains or stiffness
  
• Bring balance to your skin with herbal oils and natural facial skincare

The Summer Spa Package includes:

• Therapeutic Abhyanga marma point massage to detoxify the body and soothe muscle aches and pains

• Detoxifying Vishuddhi (Kizali Bolus) treatment with freshly made herbal poultices for further detoxification and musculoskeletal aid (this treatment must be booked on a seperate day from the first Abhyanga treatment - can be as early as 1-2 days or up to 2 weeks later)

• Ends with a balancing facial tailored to your skin type using our natural, Ayurvedic skincare range and marma point facial massage.

We recommend to follow the procedure of beginning with Abhyanga - Vishuddhi - then the balancing facial, although the Vishuddhi and facial can be booked on the same day if desired.

It is recommended to book treatments within 5 to 10 days of each other to achieve the greatest therapeutic benefits.
