  • These products contain herbs like Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi), Mandukaparni (Centella asiatica) and Tagar (Valeriana wallichii), which are best known for this action on the nervous system by stabilising the pituitary and pineal glands.
