  • Ayurvedic herbs such as Ashoka (Saraca indica), Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa), Kumari (Aloe Vera), Manjishta (Rubia cordifolia) and Shatavari (Asparagus racemosa) are known for their restorative and rejuvenative action on women’s reproductive systems.

Instructions

  • After your evening meal: Take x1 capsule each of Ex-stress, ¼ teaspoon (1.5gms) of Fem-power, mixed with honey and 15mls of Ashokarishta, mixed with an equal amount of water, followed by a cup of warm water.

For best results:

  • Avoid eating:

    • cheese
    • coffee
