One of the most powerful aspects of the human brain is its ability to retain information, which we call as memory. However, due to our fast-paced lifestyle, erratic diet and living with stress and anxiety which is a normal part of our daily lives, our mind can become hyperactive, loses the power of concentration and the ability to retain & recall information.

In Ayurveda these functions are governed by three intelligences known as Prana Vata, Sadhaka Pitta and Tarpaka Kapha, three key sub-types of our prime bodily intelligences. When these intelligences are affected, they impact on the normal function of the nervous system, creating such problems. This support pack will help minimise the impact of these causative factors and help restore balance to nervous function.
